This is a full-time, on-site role as a Marketing Designer at our Berlin HQ. You'll own the visual identity and design execution for everything beyond our core product - including our website, event experiences (e.g., The Dock), presentation decks, print materials, and social media presence.
At Langdock, we care about design and quality. As we scale, we want to ensure brand consistency across various platforms. As our Marketing Designer, you'll build systems to systematically translate product messaging and AI concepts into clear, compelling visual experiences that resonate with our customers and community.
You’ll be our internal design enabler, building out systems to ensure brand consistency across all Langdock-related packaging (print & digital materials like social media templates, slides, merch, event experiences, etc.)
Design and maintain our website using modern CMS platforms (Webflow, Framer, or similar)
Design Fluency: Expert-level proficiency in Figma with a strong portfolio demonstrating systematic design thinking
Pragmatic Technical Execution (Web + Print): Ability to bring projects from idea to execution
Brand Alignment & Consistency: Ability to develop and maintain cohesive visual systems across diverse media
Communication: Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams
Outcome Ownership & Self-Management: You drive your own projects, take initiative, and work autonomously while maintaining high-quality standards
Passion for your craft and demonstration of successfully bringing projects to life (e.g., background as a freelancer, building your own projects, etc.)
Ability to think in different media
Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-growth environments
Team player who communicates well with diverse stakeholders
Excited about contributing to a company at the forefront of AI adoption
Strong portfolio and visual design skills
Systematic approach to establishing guidelines for cohesive visual language
Figma expert
Experience designing across print and digital mediums
Experience in fast-paced environments
Optional: Experience with CMS platforms (Webflow, Framer, or equivalent)
