Marketing Director

A company in the health and wellness industry, specializing in innovative consumer health and wellness products, is seeking a Marketing/Brand Director.

The Marketing/Brand Director will define and execute the strategic marketing vision, leveraging data and consumer insights to maximize brand impact and market penetration. This role requires a balance of creativity, analytical expertise, and leadership to shape brand strategy, optimize campaigns, and enhance customer engagement. Based in Berlin, the position reports directly to the senior leadership team.

Role Overview

The successful candidate will develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand growth and achieve revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand growth and achieve revenue targets
• Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, consumer insights, and opportunities
• Utilize advanced data analytics to measure campaign performance, ROI, and consumer behavior, refining strategies accordingly
• Partner cross-functionally with product development, sales, and creative teams to ensure strategic alignment and execution excellence
• Oversee and manage marketing budgets, allocating resources effectively to achieve KPIs
• Identify new market opportunities and support brand expansion initiatives
• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of marketing professionals, fostering innovation and continuous development

Qualifications

• Proven track record in marketing leadership roles, with strong experience in data-driven strategy
• Proficiency in data analysis and market research methodologies
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing impactful marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and customer acquisition
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities
• Fluency in English; German language skills are an advantage
