    About Remo

Remo is building the new standard of dementia care. As a virtual dementia care provider, our expert clinical team designs personalized, comprehensive care around patient and family needs (instead of a one-size-fits-all approach). We empower family caregivers by connecting them with a community of other caregivers, expert content, and tools to manage the entire dementia journey – from anywhere, at any time. Our mission is simple – to provide accessible, comprehensive, quality dementia care for every person who needs it.

    About the Role

We are looking for a Marketing Manager who has experience in digital health to supercharge the strategic and creative work of our Growth team to engage dyads (people living with dementia and their family caregivers) and customers. A natural collaborator, our Marketing Manager will work cross-functionally with Customer Success, Clinical, Product, and Data teams to help lead the full cycle from member acquisition to ongoing engagement. This person will be responsible for developing data-driven marketing strategies, managing implementation across social and digital channels, tracking performance and building community relationships. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who has a passion for creative problem-solving, and the motivation to push past limits in a highly collaborative setting.

    About the Team

Remo’s Growth team focuses on two core objectives – we build meaningful, long-standing partnerships with our customers, and we build trust with our end users (the dyads we serve). Our team culture is incredibly collaborative. There are no stupid questions and we will actively solicit your most creative ideas. We’re building the future of dementia care together – we need people who aren’t afraid of doing blue sky thinking, want to lean into feedback and have a pure growth mindset.

    What You’ll Be Doing

    • Lead Generation & Campaign Management

      • Launch new member acquisition campaigns and optimize existing ones through rigorous, data-driven A/B testing.

      • Support the marketing team with strategy, creative development, and execution of A/B testing for nurture campaigns.

      • Support the Engagement Marketing function in building, executing, and managing campaigns and canvases in Braze.

      • Collaborate with Customer Success, Product, and Data & Analytics teams to drive awareness, acquisition, and enrollment efforts.

    • Analytics & Reporting

      • Develop and maintain dashboards (e.g. Tableau, Mixpanel, Datadog) for reporting channel and funnel performance.

      • Partner with Product and Data teams on attribution strategy (to understand relative ROI of different campaigns and strategies etc) and work with the technical team to improve performance tracking.

      • Track metrics and data on marketing engagement and referral sources.

    • Content & Communications

      • Support the Director of Marketing with copy generation for patient-facing and B2B-facing communications and collateral.

      • Lead post-production for the “Talking Dementia” podcast, including copywriting and publishing across RSS.

      • Partner with the Head of Communications and PR on conference strategy – including what to attend, how to engage, and how to activate Remo’s deep bench of talent.

      • Lead content strategy and calendar across all Remo social media channels.

      • Lead strategy, execution, and ongoing engagement of influencer/KOL activities and partnerships.

      • Work with the Director of Marketing on collateral needs for our partners (customers, community-based organizations etc); ensuring our print/digital marketing materials reach the right audiences at the right time.

      • Launch a local ambassador program in key geographies.

    • Cross-Functional Collaboration

      • Serve as the day-to-day program manager across the marketing function, ensuring projects, initiatives, and programs are on track, meeting KPIs, and engaging key cross-functional stakeholders.

      • Support cross-functional teams with local, community-based organization outreach and relationship building.

You May Be a Good Fit If You...

    • Have 3–5 years of marketing experience working in digital health / working with telehealth programs.

    • Are excited about working in a new market that requires deep creative and strategic thinking and problem solving.

    • Aren’t scared of doing and trying new things – you are motivated by ongoing experimentation and learning.

    • Are an expert communicator and have excellent written / verbal communication skills.

    • Have a proven track record of managing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns.

    • Have a strong desire to learn, grow, and consistently push past your limits.

    • Are excited about working in a highly collaborative and creative environment.

    • Are comfortable with ambiguity and iterating quickly – you’re unafraid to take the first pass at something to move things forward.

    • Have your own engine. You see what needs to be done and raise your hand, versus needing to be told what to do and how to do it.

    • Are comfortable working in a highly cross-functional and collaborative remote work environment.

You’re the Ideal Candidate If You...

    • Have specific experience working at a telehealth organization or digital health company, geared towards caregiver populations or older adults, and have built awareness / education in new & emerging spaces.

    • Have experience working with ESPs like Braze.

    • Are deeply passionate about making a difference and improving dementia care.

    • Are a natural problem solver who can use data to drive decisions and strategic recommendations.

    • Are excited to work in a startup environment (or have worked in one in the past).
