Your focus will be on leading product launches and executing marketing strategies effectively.You will collaborate with Commercial Leaders, Business Development, Product Marketing, and Marketing & Communications to turn untapped potential into revenue and expand embecta's product portfolio and market presence.6–8 years of progressive experience in med tech, pharmaceutical, consumer health, or digital health marketingHands-on experience in chronic disease markets — ideally obesity (GLP-1), diabetes care, or digital therapeutics Demonstrated ability to launch new products and/or enter new marketsExperience leading pilot marketing initiatives and scaling validated programs across regions or markets Familiarity with cross-functional collaboration in matrix organizations, including Regulatory, Clinical, and Commercial teams Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence across all levels of the organization.
