    Your mission:

    As our Marketing Manager, you’ll build and run a creative, performance-driven marketing engine that elevates brand visibility and drives measurable impact. From bold brand campaigns to scaling content and coordinating paid performance, you’ll shape how SAIZ shows up in the market.

    This is a hands-on role where you’ll combine creativity, data-driven execution, and collaboration with our team and freelancers to fuel pipeline growth and position SAIZ as the go-to solution in fashion tech.


    Key responsibilities:

    • Plan and execute integrated campaigns (content, paid, PR, events) to grow awareness and generate pipeline
    • Build and scale content across formats: blogs, social media, newsletters, whitepapers, case studies
    • Own brand positioning, messaging, and voice consistency across all touchpoints
    • Manage paid strategy (Google, LinkedIn, retargeting) with support from performance freelancers
    • Run CRO experiments, A/B testing, and landing page optimization
    • Brief and manage collaborators: content specialists, designers, PR partners, and freelancers
    • Track and report on key marketing KPIs (MQLs, CPL, CAC, brand engagement) and iterate based on insights

    What we are looking for:

    • 3–5 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing or growth roles
    • Academic degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
    • Proven track record of managing and executing multi-channel campaigns that drive results
    • Strong background in content creation and inbound growth
    • Proficiency with marketing tools such as HubSpot, Webflow, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Apollo, Canva, Figma, Google Analytics, and Google Data Studio
    • Ability to manage freelancers/agencies and deliver projects end-to-end
    • Creative storyteller with a data-driven mindset
    • Bonus: experience with enterprise buyers or fashion/retail tech
