The Company & The Role

At Dean Group we design and operate hotels that are rich with character and rooted in culture, from our flagship The Dean hotels to one‑of‑a‑kind independent hotels like The Leinster. Born in Dublin, we’re growing into a global collection of hotels spanning Europe and the US. As we expand into Germany with The Dean Munich and The Dean Berlin set to open in early 2026, we need a brilliant Marketing Manager to help us tell our story to local audiences.

What You’ll Do

Shape the Strategy

Develop and execute marketing strategies for our German properties that drive brand awareness, guest engagement, and ultimately revenue. You’ll adapt group campaigns for local relevance while developing market‑specific activity that speaks to regional audiences.

Guard the Brands (Locally)

Act as the local brand guardian, for not only The Dean, but all the brands on property, including F&B outlets and the wellness/fitness brand. Ensuring everything we put out adheres to our group and hotel brand guidelines.

Own our Local Digital Presence

Oversee digital marketing for our German properties alongside our Group Head of Digital, from website content and email campaigns to social media engagement, ensuring our online presence feels as welcoming as our hotels.

Develop Campaigns that Resonate

Plan and execute campaigns for hotel openings, seasonal activations, and cultural collaborations. You’ll build partnerships with local creatives and thought leaders, media, and other organisations that align with our values, while supporting on events and activations that bring our properties to life.

Who You Are

• You’ve got 5+ years of marketing experience , ideally in hospitality, F&B, or lifestyle brands. You know how to deliver creative multi‑channel campaigns that impact and understand the nuances of digital marketing, social media, and content creation. You’re fluent in German and English , both written and spoken, as you’ll be communicating with teams across countries and audiences across cultures.
