Marketing Specialist

Berlin – 1 day per week onsite

€40,000 - €55,000 per annum depending on experience




The Role

This role is ideal for someone who wants to build something from scratch and take full ownership of marketing efforts. You’ll work directly with leadership and the wider team to drive visibility, generate leads, and support product marketing.




Key responsibilities:

• Develop and implement an inbound marketing strategy.
• Create content for the website, blog, social media, newsletters, and events.
• Maintain and update website content (WordPress or similar CMS).
• Prepare sales materials, pitch decks, and visual content.
• Support product launches with tailored campaigns.
• Help set up internal processes for lead generation and handoff to sales.
• Collaborate with leadership, developers, and marketing colleagues in Austria.
• Attend webinars, events, and trade fairs as needed.



What They're Looking For

Essential:

• Some experience in marketing – ideally in B2B or a tech/SaaS environment.
• Confident writing and editing content in English (German a big plus).
• Skilled in tools like Google Analytics, WordPress, PowerPoint, and Adobe Suite.
• Comfortable working independently and proactively.
• Able to pick up technical product info and explain it clearly.
• Open to new ideas and keen to build processes that work.



Preferred:

• Background or interest in cybersecurity or the tech sector.
• Experience building marketing strategies from the ground up.



Working Style and Culture
