Project Overview
I'm running a project on Raspberry Pi3A. My project displays real time data (over API) on a 128x64 dots matrix LED display.


LED Matrix Library
The project is based on the following LED matrix library:

Wi-Fi Connectivity
For the device to function a Wi-Fi is required. For that a Balena captive portal is used:
https://github.com/balena-os/wifi-connect


Requirements
What I need: to have several messages added on the display to support the connection process, like:
• 'Connect with the AP'
• 'Enter Wi-Fi credentials'
• 'Connected!'
• 'Connection failed'
When the connection is successfully established, next time the only message 'Connected!' should be displayed during the display bootup process.
