Are you interested in gaining a broad insight into the HR work of a future-oriented company, working independently and actively advancing topics? Would you like to support our HR team, ideally for 20 hours per week, including regular on-site work at our Kirchentellinsfurt office? Then we look forward to receiving your compelling application! • Support the Talent Acquisition team throughout the recruiting process • Independent collaboration in creating and maintaining job advertisements and their publication • Coordination of interviews and preparation of interview documents • Applicant management, communication with specialist departments, and, if necessary, conducting interviews • Support in drafting and sending employment contracts • Support in active sourcing and acquiring new applicants • Continuous development and optimization of talent acquisition

Requirements

• Current studies in economics, business administration, psychology, media studies, or a similar field • Initial experience in HR through student internships and/or internships • Confident use of Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint & Excel • Strong ability to communicate clearly and convincingly and the ability to inspire people • Enjoyment of networking and personal interaction • Independent, structured, and reliable working style • Fluent German and English skillsFor more detail, salary and company information, use the apply link
