Mechanical/Electrical Project Manager

With a current focus on five active projects in Frankfurt, our collaboration emphasizes a steadfast commitment to delivering exceptional support and connecting skilled professionals with exciting opportunities in the ever-evolving field of data centre development.

Responsibilities:

• Take a leading role in enhancing productivity through meticulous weekly and daily work plans.
• Coordinate design efforts collaboratively with the team and subcontractors.
• Supervise and monitor the progress of ongoing work, ensuring strict adherence to Quality and Safety standards.
• Monitor labour tracking sheets for efficient workforce management.
• Oversee and manage the installation of Electrical/Mechanical components in the development.
• Engage effectively with project stakeholders, including clients.
• Collaborate with design teams and subcontractors to ensure timely, budget-compliant, and scope-accurate project delivery.
• Assume a leadership position in managing projects and guiding subordinates.

Requirements:

• Possess a decade of experience in successfully delivering large-scale Electrical/Mechanical projects.
• Demonstrated expertise across diverse sectors such as office fitouts, retail, hotels, schools, and data centres (Data centre experience is a valuable asset).
• While an engineering background is preferred, recent experience must focus on the effective management of substantial contracts.
• Showcase excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
