Part-Time Google Ads Specialist (Weekly Support)

We’re looking for a Google Ads expert to join our team on a part-time basis. You’ll set up and manage campaigns, track performance, and advise on pivots based on data. This role is hands-on — you’ll take responsibility for campaign outcomes and work directly with our Marketing Director to ensure the right creative assets are in place.



What You’ll Do
• Set up and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Video)
• Implement tracking & attribution to ensure accurate data
• Report on performance with clear, actionable insights
• Recommend optimizations and pivots based on results
• Collaborate with Marketing Director to align assets and strategy



What We’re Looking For
• Proven experience running high-performing Google Ads campaigns
• Strong skills in tracking, reporting, and attribution (GA4, GTM)
• Ability to turn data into strategy and advise leadership confidently
• Independent, detail-oriented, and proactive
