We are one of the largest German e-commerce companies, located in Würzburg, and are looking for talented individuals to join our team. If you have experience with graphics, printing, and finishing, and enjoy customer contact, this might be the right opportunity for you.

Your responsibilities include inspecting complaints across our entire portfolio, identifying the cause of errors, and explaining solutions to customers in an understandable manner with sensitivity. You will develop mutually beneficial solutions with customers, verify print data for reprints, and ensure smooth processes. Your keen eye will help identify recurring issues, and you will conduct root cause analysis until the problem is resolved.
