Leading M&A boutique is looking for strong additions to their team in Dusseldorf
Responsibilities:
- Support deal execution across all phases: financial analysis, valuation, due diligence, and drafting transaction materials.
- Conduct market and company research to identify potential acquisition targets and investment opportunities.
- Prepare presentations, pitchbooks, and client-facing materials in both English and German.
- Collaborate with senior team members and cross-functional stakeholders to drive successful transaction outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in investment banking, consulting, corporate development, or M&A.
- Strong financial modeling, analytical, and presentation skills with attention to detail.
- Native or fluent German speaker with excellent English communication skills.
