Description:

We are looking for an experienced Meta Ads Specialist to optimize and scale our advertising campaigns for our eco-friendly cleaning products.

Our goal is to increase conversions while keeping acquisition costs low. We need someone who can analyze, optimize, and manage campaigns with a strong focus on performance marketing.




Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook & Instagram)
• Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and placements
• Analyze campaign performance, identify insights, and implement improvements
• Build and refine target audiences for best ROI
• Report results and provide recommendations for scaling



Requirements:

• Proven experience in Meta Ads campaign management (please share results or case studies)
• Strong knowledge of performance marketing strategies
• Ability to track and improve KPIs (ROAS, CPA, CTR, Conversion Rate, etc.)
• Experience with retargeting and lookalike audiences
• Analytical mindset & ability to turn data into actionable insights



Nice to Have:

• Experience with sustainable / eco-friendly brands
• Knowledge of email marketing or funnels as supporting channels
• Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Shopify, or Klaviyo
