About the role We are seeking a skilled Metaview Tool Manager to oversee and optimize our interview intelligence platform. This role involves managing Metaview's implementation across our organization, ensuring seamless integration with our hiring processes, and driving data-driven insights to enhance our recruitment efficiency. You'll work closely with HR, recruiting teams, and leadership to maximize the value of our interview technology stack.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize Metaview platform configuration, including interview templates, scoring frameworks, and integration settings

• Collaborate with recruiting teams to ensure proper tool adoption and provide ongoing training on Metaview features and best practices

• Analyze interview data and generate actionable insights to improve hiring quality, reduce time-to-hire, and enhance candidate experience

• Maintain data integrity, privacy compliance, and security standards while managing sensitive interview recordings and candidate information

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in HR technology, recruiting operations, or similar role with hands-on experience managing interview platforms

• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and ability to translate metrics into actionable business insights

• Excellent project management skills with proven ability to drive tool adoption and change management across multiple teams

• Deep understanding of recruiting processes, candidate experience optimization, and employment law compliance requirements

Nice to have

• Previous experience specifically with Metaview or similar interview intelligence platforms (Gong, Chorus, or other conversation analytics tools)

• Technical background with API integration experience and ability to work with engineering teams on custom implementations

• Certification in HR analytics, people operations, or related field with demonstrated expertise in recruiting metrics and KPIs

• Experience in fast-growing tech companies with knowledge of scaling recruiting operations and maintaining quality at high volume

Location Ruby Labs operates within the CET (Central European Time) zone. Applicants from any country are welcome to apply for the position as long as they are located within approximately ± 4 hours of CET. This ensures optimal collaboration and communication during working hours.
