Skills And Experiences

• Completed IT vocational training or a comparable degree with professional experience in IT
• Experience with M365, Teams, SharePoint, Exchange & EMS
• Knowledge of PowerShell, Graph API, and the M365 Admin Portal
• Technical & consulting affinity combined with strong business understanding

About You

• Hands-on mentality and enjoyment in configuring solutions and working in a diverse team
• Interest in new challenges, technologies, and customer situations
• Enjoyment in the continuous development of our offerings and solutions
• Fluent in German & English (minimum C1)

What You'll Do

• Define and deliver innovative, modern, and sustainable workplace solutions (including office space)
• Design, set up, and develop Office 365 tenants in scenarios like carve-outs or mergers
• Build a modern device management system based on MS Endpoint Manager (formerly Intune)
• Develop & configure O365 workloads like Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, PowerPlatform, Endpoint Manager
• Optimize and configure M365 built-in security & compliance according to customer requirements (e.g., Defender)
• Migration of existing on-premises systems to hybrid or cloud environments
