• Deployandfine-tuneAI-driventoolssuchasCopilot,chatbots,andvirtualagentstoenhancecustomerinteractions.
• Leadtechnicalaspectsofplatformmigrationfromlegacysystems,includingdatamapping,transformation,andvalidation.
• Managesecurityconfigurations,userroles,andaccesscontrolsincompliancewithenterprisestandards.
• CollaboratewithIT,DevOps,andsupportteamstodeliverrobusttechnicalsolutionsandcontinuousimprovements.

• Proven experience in technical configuration and development within Dynamics 365.
• FamiliaritywithAItoolsincustomerserviceenvironments(e.g.,Copilot,chatbots).
• Analyticalmindsetwiththeabilitytodiagnoseandresolvesysteminefficiencies.
