JOB DETAILS

Role Title: Customer Engineer

Contract duration: 3 years

Location: This is a hybrid role requiring the candidate to travel within Germany to client sites.

Language Proficiency: Candidates should have a German language proficiency of minimum B1-B2 level.

Required Core Skills:

1. Experience with Enterprise customers (5+ years of project experience).
2. Designing and implementing Exchange Online and hybrid Exchange environments.
3. Experience in Entra ID and Entra Connect.

Should Have Skills:

1. Good understanding of M365 fundamentals.
2. Deep understanding of Exchange server and hybrid architecture (2016/2019).
3. Deep troubleshooting skills with Exchange server and hybrid Exchange environments.
4. Designing & implementing services of MS Exchange server.
5. Experience in assessing Exchange Servers, health checks of existing solutions, and providing best practice recommendations.
6. Experience with Exchange migrations, upgrades, and optimizations.
7. Deep understanding of SMTP.
8. Deep understanding of Active Directory architecture.
