Overview

We are looking for either a seasoned Senior Professional with expertise and a passion for knowledge transfer, or an ambitious Young Professional eager to take responsibility and act entrepreneurially.

What unites us: you think in connections rather than silos, are more a generalist than a specialist with an overview and consulting skills – and ideally bring one or two specializations from the Microsoft 365 environment.

You have 5–10 years of professional experience, know consulting inside out, are comfortable in project management, and have a strong sales affinity.

Your exciting tasks

• Guide our clients as a central contact on their digital transformation journey, especially in establishing modern workplaces and deploying cloud-based Microsoft (365) technologies.
• Manage the entire consulting process: from analyzing initial situations through designing sustainable IT solutions to successful implementation (Delivery).
• Lead customer projects independently, including managing project teams, coordinating external service providers, and managing resources and timelines.
• Coordinate internal and external partners, oversee cross-departmental project management, ensuring smooth collaboration and sustainable results.
• Identify new application opportunities within customer environments, develop our consulting portfolio, and actively contribute to building our consulting business and market presence.
• Assist clients in introducing modern workplaces through needs analysis, conducting product and implementation workshops, and documenting solutions.
• Take responsibility for customer development, from building long-term relationships to proactively acquiring new consulting projects to ensure workload balance.
• Manage escalations confidently, coordinate stakeholders, and ensure smooth project progress.
• Contribute to the ongoing development of our consulting portfolio, build domain-specific knowledge, identify training needs, and participate in our internal knowledge management.

What characterizes you

• Practical experience in professional and/or technical (process/IT) consulting, project and service management.
• Strong methodological knowledge (e.g., requirements analysis, project execution, presentation and workshop techniques) and excellent project management skills.
• Customer orientation is a lived attitude: you strive for the best solution with a service-oriented approach.
• Work independently, structured, mostly remotely, but recognize when personal meetings are beneficial.
• Analytical strength, resilience, crisis management experience, even in challenging situations.
• Clear, professional communication style; capable of creating presentations, documents, and emails that are tailored and convincing.
• Strategic thinking, proactive action, confident demeanor.
• Strong communication and analytical skills, curiosity, creativity for unconventional solutions.
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft 365 services (e.g., Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive) and enthusiasm for technological developments.
• Sharing mentality, open, appreciative communication on eye level with clients and team.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and work in dynamic, cross-location teams.
• Enjoy innovation, contribute ideas, value modern, agile, transparent working styles like Holacracy.
• Degree in business, IT, logistics, or comparable fields.
• Excellent German and English skills, both spoken and written.
