Your future responsibilities:

• Preparation and execution of easement procurements
• Independent negotiations with property owners, rights holders, associations, and municipalities for contract conclusion
• Handling special issues and monitoring compensation payments
• Documentation of processed cases in relevant systems
• Participation in projects to expand the high-voltage grid in the area of right-of-way
• Preparation and review of legal documents in the areas of usage rights, property law, and right-of-way

Our expectations of you:

• Completed studies in law or a comparable commercial qualification with legal relevance (notary clerk, real estate agent)
• Knowledge in usage rights, property law, or right-of-way is required
• Ideally some experience in easements
• Excellent German skills in speaking and writing; English skills are advantageous
• Ability to work independently and quickly grasp complex issues
