    With over 1.2 million visitors a year, Tropical Islands is one of the largest tourist destinations in Germany. As a unique combination of water park, theme park and resort, Tropical Islands offers numerous superlatives: one of the largest free-standing halls in the world, the largest indoor rainforest, the largest indoor water park, the longest white water canal, and the highest water slide tower in Germany.

    Our accommodations include 3,300 beds across approximately 350 rooms, 130 tents, 300 holiday homes, and a campsite. Around 500 employees from 35 nations serve up to 6,500 guests daily, and you can be one of us!

    We are looking for you as a Guest Relation Employee (m/w/d)

    • Your responsibilities include:

      • Welcoming, advising, assisting, and bidding farewell to guests in a friendly and professional manner.
      • Handling national and international guests.
      • Managing cash register operations during your shift and accurately accounting for revenue at the end of the shift.
      • Maintaining the assigned work area (cash register, entrance area) with regard to cleanliness, functionality of technical devices, and informational materials at the start of each shift.
      • Coordinating with other front office areas to gather information and materials needed for cash registers, information, and reception.
      • Preparing for the next day and following up on the day’s business.
      • Handling internal information with discretion.

      Qualifications:

      • Successfully completed vocational training (preferred).
      • Experience in reception and payment processing.
      • Good German language skills; English skills are an advantage.
      • Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with hotel software is a plus.
      • Team-oriented, communicative, and eager to learn.
