Your Mission | Make a Difference

• Manage data exchange (DTA), focusing on invoice processing. Training will be provided if needed.
• Pay close attention to details: create collective invoices, process invoice adjustments, and handle incoming payments.
• Independently coordinate and clarify individual cases with internal contacts and health insurance providers.
• Enjoy optimizing processes.
• Handle optical archives (disposal protocols) and manage notifications.

Your Profile | People for People

• Completed vocational training in a commercial field.
• Experience in accounts receivable or internal sales is a plus but not mandatory; knowledge of SAP R/3 (SD and finance modules) is beneficial.
• Teamwork, communication skills, and meticulous work are essential. Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) is required.
