Your Tasks

• Complaint Handling: Receiving and processing customer complaints, conducting systematic root cause analysis, and deriving corrective actions.
• Quality Assurance: Conducting quality inspections in production and ensuring compliance with quality standards and specifications.
• Data Entry: Maintaining and documenting quality data in ERP and QM systems, supporting data analysis for internal reports.
• Supporting the Shipping Team: Collaborating closely with the shipping team to inspect outgoing products and ensure timely delivery.
• Process Optimization: Actively participating in optimizing production and quality processes to increase efficiency and product quality.

Your Profile

• Completed training as an industrial mechanic (m/w/d), tool mechanic (m/w/d), or a comparable qualification in the metal sector.
• Technical understanding and confident handling of measuring tools for quality inspections.
• Good IT skills, e.g., using ERP systems is desirable.
• Teamwork, independent working, and a structured approach.
• Strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
