CeramTec is a leading developer and global supplier of high-performance ceramic solutions with more than 3,800 employees, serving industries such as automotive, machinery, medical technology, electronics, aerospace, and energy/environmental technology.

For our Quality Management department we are looking for a dedicated teammate to join us immediately at our Lohmar location.

Responsibilities

Preparation and execution of product and process releases (PPAP, VDA)
Conduct FMEAs (Failure Modes and Effects Analysis)
Contribute to assessments of technical feasibility and customer inquiries; review customer specifications
Create First Sample Inspection Reports
Prepare statistical evaluations and analyze process and measurement data (e.g., capability studies)
Independent system administration and development of the CAQ system (master data maintenance, test planning, test equipment management, etc.)
Data provision via Report-Client and process history

Profile / Qualifications

Engineering studies (e.g., Materials Technology, Manufacturing Technology) or a completed technical apprenticeship
Proficient in common MS Office applications
Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 is required
Solid knowledge of IATF 16949
Experience working with automotive customers, especially new part introductions and complaint handling
