Job Responsibilities
Diese Position bezieht sich auf MAGNA Energy Storage Systems GmbH, einem Geschäftsbereich von Magna. Das Leistungsspektrum von MAGNA Energy Storage Systems umfasst die Entwicklung und Produktion von Tanksystemen und -komponenten für PKW, Hybrid-, Erdgas- und Wasserstofffahrzeuge und auch LKW. Mit unseren rund 1900 Mitarbeitern an 9 globalen Standorten beliefern wir die Premium-Automobilhersteller mit unseren innovativen Produkten.
Für unseren Standort in Kerpen suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Mitarbeiter Qualitätssicherung Automotive (m/w/d).
Deine Aufgaben


• Interne Ansprechperson in allen qualitätsrelevanten Fragen im laufenden Serienprozess
• Verantwortung der Lenkung von fehlerhaften Teilen insbesondere in Bezug auf Serienausschuss und Sperrbeständen
• Bearbeitung und Analyse der internen und externen Reklamationen sowie Erarbeitung von Maßnahmen zur Prozessoptimierung und Reduzierung der Reklamationen
• Überprüfung von Einrichtungen zur Weiterentwicklung der produktionsbegleitenden Qualitätssicherungsmaßnahmen
• Unterstützung bei der Organisation, Durchführung sowie Nacharbeit im Rahmen von internen und externen Audits (IATF 16949, ISO14001 etc.) in Zusammenarbeit mit den relevanten internen und externen Schnittstellen
• Erstellung sowie Analyse qualitätsrelevanter Prozessparameter und Kennzahlen (z.B. Sperrbestand, First-Time-Quality) sowie Maßnahmendefinition bei Abweichungen
• Durchführung und Überwachung serienbegleitender Prüfungen und deren Dokumentation (z.B. WE-Prüfung oder Ersteilfreigaben)
• Erstellung von Schliffbildern von Schweißnähten sowie deren Auswertung
• Durchführung von Messaufgaben und 3D-Scans
• Kommunikation und Schulung zu QM-Themen zur nachhaltigen Förderung des allgemeinen Qualitätsbewusstseins in der Fertigung und angrenzenden Bereichen
  
Erfahrung und Ausbildung

• Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung sowie idealerweise Weiterbildung zum Techniker, Meister oder Abschluss eines vergleichbaren akademischen Studiums
• Nachweis einer ergänzenden Qualifikation im Bereich Qualitätsmanagement (z.B. Produktauditor/Produktsicherheitsbeauftragter)
• Berufserfahrung im Bereich Qualitätsmanagement, idealerweise in der Automobilbranche
• Fähigkeit zur Durchführung von strukturierten Problemanalysen und systematischer Lösungsfindung unter Anwendung von Problemlösungstechniken des Qualitätsbereichs (z.B. 5-Why, Ishikawa, SPC, MSA)
• Verantwortungsbewusste, flexible Persönlichkeit mit Teamgeist, hoher Einsatzbereitschaft und Hands-on-Mentalität
• Gute Kenntnisse von Fertigungsprozessen, idealerweise Erfahrung mit Blechbearbeitungs- und Schweißprozessen
• Sehr gute MS Office Kenntnisse (Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook etc.) sowie SAP und CAQ-Software Kenntnisse
• Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
