IHRE AUFGABEN

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Definition of parts to be inspected, creation of inspection plans and inspection algorithms in SAP
• Execution of incoming goods inspections according to inspection plans and drawings, status definition of the inspected parts in the system (SAP)
• Creation of initial sample reports as well as inspection and release of initial sample parts (if necessary, with the involvement of specialist departments)
• Execution of optical mechanical and electrical measuring and test procedures as well as functional checks
• Creation processing and completion of Q-reports in SAP including documentation of causes, corrective actions taken and their effectiveness
• Clarification of technical defects for externally procured parts with suppliers
• Support of the purchasing department in the commercial processing of defective material deliveries
  
• Definition calibration and maintenance of test and measuring equipment
  

IHR PROFIL

YOUR PROFILE

• Successfully completed technical vocational training and several years of professional experience in the field of quality assurance
• Good knowledge in the use of SAP QM and MS Excel
• Very good knowledge in the field of optical mechanical and electrical measuring and testing procedures as well as safe handling of corresponding test equipment for quality assurance
• Very good command of written and spoken german
  
• Good command of written and spoken english
  
• Outgoing personality, team player, willing to learn and perform with a high degree of diligence and flexibility
