Responsibilities include:

1. Starting each day with a team meeting to exchange information and set daily goals.
2. Proactively greeting customers and answering their questions on the sales floor.
3. Advising customers on fit, styling tips, and size options.
4. Using service tools (e.g., QR codes) to help customers find products both online and in-store.
5. Knowing current online and offline promotional campaigns.
6. Collaborating with visual merchandisers to create an inspiring shopping environment.
7. Ensuring smooth store operations, working at the cash register, and managing fitting room activities.

Qualifications include:

• A passion for customer service and fashion trends.
• Service-oriented with an open personality.
• Open to change and eager to learn about fashion, retail, and sales.
• Team player with the ability to give and receive feedback.
• Reliable and helpful.
• Proficient in German and good English skills; willingness to learn German is a plus.
• Experience in fashion, retail, or sales is preferred.
