• Electrical & Building Technology: Evaluation, inspection, testing, and certification services for electrical, mechanical, and electronic systems.
• Industrial Inspection & Material Testing: Comprehensive inspection and testing services for industrial facilities and their materials.
• Infrastructure & Project Management: Project and construction supervision as well as integrated services for infrastructure projects.
• Energy & Environment: Technical support, certification, and testing for renewable energy and sustainable solutions.
• Cybersecurity & Functional Safety: Testing and certification services for industrial automation, IT, and OT security solutions.

Tätigkeiten & Verantwortlichkeiten

• Als Teil unseres Backoffice-Teams sind Sie primär für die Erstellung von Zertifikaten in ACDC zuständig (erstmaliges Anlegen der Vorgänge in der ACDC-Datenbank).
• Sie prüfen die Vollständigkeit der eingestellten Vorgänge nach den Vorgaben der jeweiligen Zertifizierungsstelle und erfassen die geänderten Daten in der ACDC (z.B. aus dem BasisDataSheet).
• Im Rahmen der Verteilung / Zuweisung von Zertifizierungsprozessen an die (Fach-) Zertifizierer stellen Sie entsprechende Anpassungen der SAP- Aufträge (national und international) sicher.
• Sie erstellen und drucken Zertifikate, verteilen diese im Anschluss an die internen nationalen und internationalen Bereiche und wickeln die Prozesse in ACDC (mit den Schnittstellen zu Certipedia und SAP (Billing-List) ab.
• Die Unterstützung von Eskalationsprozessen in den jeweiligen Zertifizierungs- und Inspektionsstellen gehört ebenfalls zu Ihren Aufgaben.
• Sie fungieren als der Erstansprechpartner bei laufenden Vorgängen für nationale und internationale Kollegen*innen.
  
Es handelt sich um eine befristete Teilzeitstelle (max. 32 Stunden pro Woche, befristet bis 31.12.2027)
Erfahrung & weitere Qualifikationen

• Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung im kaufmännischen Bereich (insbesondere telefonischer Kundenkontakt und Personaleinsatzplanung)
• Ausgeprägte Kunden- und Dienstleistungsorientierung, hohe Kommunikationsfähigkeit im telefonischen Kundenkontakt
• Zuverlässige und eigenständige Arbeitsweise gepaart mit hohem Grad an Team- und Kooperationsfähigkeit
• Fundierte PC-Kenntnisse (MS-Office, inkl. Outlook, SAP wünschenswert)
• Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse, Grundkenntnisse in Englisch von Vorteil
