Base pay range

This range is provided by mokebo. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.

Responsibilities

• Stimme des Kunden – As a support agent you handle incoming inquiries by phone, live chat and email in our intuitive ticket system, advise customers on collections, product details, assembly and material samples, and handle complaints and returns.
• Problemlöser*in – Help customers resolve their problems and make them happy; this is your top priority.
• Erfahrungsmanagement – We take customer feedback seriously to positively shape and improve the customer experience.

Qualifications

• Erfahrung im Customer Support – You have already worked in customer support, are strong in written and spoken German, type quickly, value correct spelling and grammar, and are ideally familiar with ERP/ticket tools such as Zendesk.
• Tools – Proficient with common software; motivated by using tools to perform well.
• Teamplayer – Respectful in collaboration, capable of constructive feedback; good English skills recommended.
• Start-up Mentalität – Open, flexible mindset; willing to pitch in where needed and contribute to growth.
