We are a medium-sized, dynamically growing law firm specializing in tax and legal consulting. Our team consists of about 25 motivated colleagues. We are committed to digitalization and work largely paperless. Our office is centrally located near the 'Hamburger Meile' in Barmbek South. The topics of payroll and construction payroll have been of particular importance to our firm since its founding.

Responsibilities

We are looking for reliable and friendly colleagues for the payroll and construction payroll department. In a very pleasant team, you will independently handle all payroll topics in direct coordination with clients. These include monthly payroll and salary calculations, maintaining employee master data, preparing certificates and reports related to payroll, and communicating with authorities and health insurance providers. Our clients come from the construction and non-construction sectors. Specialization in construction payroll is possible.

Qualifications

Enjoy working in a team, open-minded, discreet, and willing to learn new tasks.
Hold a completed vocational training as a tax clerk or from the commercial sector.
Have gained professional experience in payroll and salary accounting.
Ideally, be familiar with the specifics of construction payroll or willing to learn.
Be familiar with standard payroll accounting software. We use DATEV Payroll and SBS Payroll.
