What you’ll Do / Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the mobile platform for the booking area, driving design decisions and technical direction.
• Collaborate with product managers to shape and execute projects; occasionally contribute hands-on.
• Work closely with the central mobile platform team to adopt latest platform features and drive continuous code cleanup.
• Define and implement a testing strategy to ensure high-quality delivery.
• Balance the role of technical product manager (what and why) and project manager (how and when) for feature development across a large, critical area.
• Drive the adoption of native iOS and Android capabilities while promoting cross-platform technologies as appropriate.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and report to senior leadership; help make strategic decisions for the Agoda mobile app.
• Focus on developing people, recruiting A-players, and integrating them into the team.

What you’ll Need to Succeed

• Extremely proficient in either Swift or Kotlin.
• Experience with, or interest in, cross-platform technologies and frameworks such as Kotlin Multiplatform, React Native, Flutter, NativeScript, Ionic.
• Knowledge of other languages is a plus (e.g. Objective-C, Java, C#, Scala).
• Proficient in modern coding practices (dependency injection, reactive programming, MVVM, design patterns).
• Passionate about technology and mobile apps; experience in a successful agile development team.
• Able to take full responsibility for the product from planning to deployment and maintenance.
