Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Field Service Supervisor to perform service work on transformers and high voltage switchgear (AIS & GIS). Responsibilities include:

• Inspections and maintenance of transformers and switchgear
• Repairs and manufacturing of spare parts on-site or in the workshop
• Disassembly and assembly of components
• Follow-up work and modifications
• Troubleshooting with clear instructions
• Assembly and commissioning
• Providing documentation and work materials
• Planning and coordinating installation jobs, ensuring compliance with safety regulations
• Proper use of measuring devices and equipment

Qualifications

• Electro-technical professional with completed apprenticeship (DIN-VDE 0105), technician, or master craftsman
• Several years of experience in transformer service and/or AIS & GIS switchgear maintenance
• Experience in low, medium, and high voltage areas
• Participation in ongoing training, including safety training
