About Us

Mrs.Sporty Berlin Weißensee is a boutique fitness club that has been part of a large franchise network for 13 years. We focus on personalized training, nutrition, and individual support. Our goal is to help women incorporate sports and healthy eating into their daily routines. Daniela and I have been part of this club for 13 years and are excited to welcome new team members!

Responsibilities

Our studio offers various tasks. We are looking for versatile individuals who enjoy member support, helping members achieve their goals through training plan creation and nutrition advice. If you love inspiring women to engage in sports and enjoy sales activities, this position is ideal. Interests in fascial training, lymphatic massage, and pelvic floor training are a plus. Creativity in club interior and exterior design, eagerness to learn new skills, and a passion for direct personal interaction with women are important. Additionally, supporting us in community outreach and partnership development is valued.

Qualifications

Trainer B-License or other relevant sports certifications (e.g., Functional Trainer, A-License, Fascia Trainer, etc.).

Our Expectations

Empathy, friendliness, reliability, strong communication skills, and a passion for guiding others to success are essential. You should enjoy supporting and motivating others!

Benefits

• Permanent position – we are looking for long-term team members
• Friendly small team and positive work environment
• Working hours from Monday to Friday, 9 am to 7 pm, and Saturday from 9 am to 12 pm, with shifts within these times. No holiday work; closed during Easter and Christmas.
