Stellenbeschreibung:

Overall responsibility for the assembly process of electrical machines at the prototype stage
Continuous optimization of manufacturing processes – from individual part production to the finished prototype
Professional and disciplinary leadership of the team as well as personnel planning and development
Responsibility for quality, deadlines, and costs in close cooperation with engineering, production, and quality assurance team
Further development of processes and standards to increase efficiency in prototype construction
Technical problem solving and close cooperation with engineering, purchasing, and external partners
Development and maintenance of structured manufacturing and assembly instructions for reproducible prototype production

Several years of experience in prototype construction or small series production, ideally in the field of electrical engineering
Completed technical training or degree in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, or a comparable field
Experience in leading and managing teams in a technical environment
In-depth knowledge of mechanical manufacturing and assembly
High affinity for quality and processes, coupled with a structured and solution-oriented approach to work
Confident handling of production plans, testing processes, and the assessment of tolerances in production and assembly
Experience in the application of ERP systems in production and logistics processes
Experience in dealing with electric drives, winding technology, or test benches is an advantage
Strong communication skills and the ability to motivate and develop teams
