We are seeking an N8N Automation Specialist to streamline our order letter creation process within our tax consulting and auditing firm. The ideal candidate will have experience with N8N and will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining automated workflows that enhance efficiency and accuracy. Your expertise will help us reduce manual effort and improve turnaround time for client communications. If you have a passion for automation and a strong background in the consulting industry, we would love to hear from you! The planned flow is as follows: User opens an online form. Selection of a client (master data must be retrieved in real time via the DATEV API). Selection of various checkboxes (e.g., branch office, legal clauses, order types, etc.). Client master data is automatically inserted into a pre-defined template (letterhead). Depending on the selection, specific text blocks (clauses) and/or complete documents (attachments) are inserted or appended. The final document is created as a complete package (pdf) and made available to the user for download.
