Napta Implementation Manager – Contract Opportunity We’re working with a boutique digital consultancy seeking a Napta Implementation Manager to lead a high-impact pilot program across Europe. 📍 Location: Fully Remote (Europe-based) 💶 Rate: Up to €700/day 📅 Duration: 6+ months (Outside IR35 equivalent) The Role: You’ll take ownership of a global Napta Pilot Program, covering configuration, data validation, UAT, and a 3-month parallel run with existing systems. The goal: assess Napta’s suitability as a global staffing solution and define the roadmap for integration or alternatives. Key Responsibilities: Configure and oversee Napta in a standalone setupManage data upload and validation across pilot marketsDrive UAT and parallel run testing with global & local teamsTrack success criteria (speed, quality, efficiency) and report outcomesLead the evaluation phase and support next steps (integration or alternative rollout) What We’re Looking For: Proven experience implementing workforce planning, staffing, or resource management solutionsStrong UAT, data migration, and system configuration skillsExcellent stakeholder management across global/local teamsAnalytical mindset with strong reporting capability This is a fully remote, pan-European role offering autonomy, global exposure, and the chance to lead a business-critical pilot.
