.NET Application Support Lead (German Speaking)
Location: Remote within Europe (Poland preferred)
Language: German (B2+ minimum)


We are looking for an experienced .NET Application Support Lead with strong application support and vendor coordination skills. Do you speak German fluently and want to work remotely within Europe? If so, this could be the perfect role for you.


About the Role
We are looking for a skilled professional with a background in Application Support and Operations (not pure development). You will be responsible for ensuring smooth service delivery, incident management, vendor coordination, and driving service improvements across business-critical applications.


Key Responsibilities

• Deliver Incident, Service Request, Change, Problem, Preventive & Corrective Action Management services.
• Lead and guide the Operate team on technical and process-related tasks.
• Coordinate with vendors regarding application issues, upgrades, SLA/KPI adherence, and reporting.
• Communicate effectively with users, country IT teams, and leadership on service updates.
• Support major outage communications and incident management processes.
• Identify and drive service improvement initiatives.
• Prepare and present weekly/monthly service review reports to customers and stakeholders.
• Ensure business continuity, disaster recovery, risk management, and escalation handling.
• Collaborate with teams and third-party suppliers to resolve issues and manage upgrades.


Required Skills & Experience

• Strong Operate / Application Support experience (not purely development).
• Hands-on technical expertise in .NET Full Stack technologies: C#, ASP.NET, SQL, JS, TS (AngularJS), HTML, CSS, LINQ, Entity Framework.
• Excellent vendor coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL processes and practical implementation.
• Experience in risk management, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning.
• Fluent German (B2+) with strong communication skills.
