We’re looking for someone to own the day-to-day operations of our B2B sales newsletter. This is about consistency, accuracy, and keeping things running smoothly. This is a part-time role requiring approximately 20–30 hours per month. Responsibilities - Coordinate with our writer to ensure every issue is complete and ready to send - Own the process for upgrades: monitor free-to-paid conversions, ensure upgrade links are working, track results, and report on performance - Manage subscribers (email changes, unsubscribes, access fixes for paid members) - Insert promotions and sponsor content into the right place in each issue - Coordinate with sponsors and share performance stats - Keep the publishing schedule consistent and make sure issues go out without errors Requirements - Strong attention to detail and high standards for accuracy - Organized and reliable — able to handle recurring tasks without missing deadlines - Quick to learn new tools (we use Beehiiv for publishing, but you don’t need prior experience if you are willing to get familiar with it — there is plenty of documentation on YouTube) - Good communication skills and proactive problem solving Nice to Have - Experience with newsletters, email marketing, or digital publishing - Familiarity with B2B audiences (sales, business, or professional markets) When applying, please: Share examples of similar projects you’ve handled (newsletter operations, email campaigns, or content coordination).
