We are seeking a skilled No-Code / Low-Code AI Automation Specialist to join our team and develop innovative automated solutions.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with leading no-code and low-code platforms, a strong understanding of AI tools, and proven experience in building AI voice agents and AI WhatsApp agents.



Responsibilities:
• Design, build, and optimize automation workflows using no-code and low-code AI platforms (such as Make, Zapier, Airtable, n8n, Power Automate, or similar).
• Develop and deploy AI-powered voice agents (using Twilio, Voiceflow, Synthflow or similar).
• Build and scale AI WhatsApp agents (using WhatsApp Business API, Twilio, or Meta Cloud API integrations).
• Integrate AI models and APIs (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, etc.) into automation processes to enhance efficiency.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Maintain and improve existing workflows, ensuring reliability and performance.
• Stay updated on emerging no-code, voice AI, and conversational AI tools to continuously innovate automation strategies.
• Lead and support client onboarding, including requirement gathering, solution design, and initial setup of automation workflows.



Qualifications:
• Proven experience with no-code and low-code automation platforms.
• Demonstrated expertise in building AI voice agents and AI WhatsApp agents.
• Strong knowledge of conversational AI frameworks, API integrations, and cloud communication platforms.
• Ability to design efficient workflows and solve complex automation challenges.
• Strong problem-solving mindset and adaptability to new technologies.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
