Now Hiring: Team Lead, Solution Development

Location: Augsburg, Germany

To support our growth, we are looking for a Team Lead, Solution Development .

Responsibilities

Responsible for the business requirement gathering & documentation
Moderate the solution creation process, coordinate agile development of the solution and liaise between solution team and Solution Facilitator
For the technical architecture of the solution
Manage the solution team to design, develop and implement solutions
Monitoring and reporting to IT and user/customer management on the status of multiple concurrent project efforts
Developing solutions using Ultimus technologies

Applicant Profile

Minimum Requirements

European Citizenship or an existing permanent working permit for the European Union is required
Minimum 5 years experience in Software development & minimum 1 year experience in Team management.
Mid-level software engineer
Excellent knowledge in JQuery, AJAX, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other latest web technologies.
Expertise in .Net technologies, especially in ASP.NET (C#/VB.NET)
Expertise in SQL & Oracle
Expertise in web development tools

Personal Skills

Excellent communication & technical documentation writing skills are required for this job, so person must be fluent in English
Excellent debugging and analytical capabilities
Ability to find, understand and resolve complex problems
Excellent troubleshooting, problem spotting and fixing capabilities
The person should be a good team player and should be confident enough to be able to take initiative and work independently & manage team as well
