Overview

Nucleic Acid Workflow Development Leader (d/f/m) – Cytiva

As the Nucleic Acid Workflow Development Leader, you will be the trusted advisor to new and existing customers from pre-clinical research to commercialization. You will bring deep workflow expertise to help optimize processes for xRNA s and oligonucleotides, ensuring customers achieve their goals faster and more efficiently. This role reports to the EMEA Nucleic Acid Workflow Manager and is part of the Genomic Medicine Sales Team based in Europe. The role is remote and covers the DACH region and Eastern Europe.

What you will do

• Champion the customer: Understand their needs, challenges and goals and deliver tailored solutions that exceed expectations.
• Lead with insight: Use your expertise to identify opportunities, guide strategy, and help customers transition from research to clinical and commercial success.
• Actively participate in relevant conferences, technical seminars and local customer events/visits.
• Drive results: Collaborate with Account Managers, Product Specialists and Field Application Specialists to meet business targets and design-in Cytiva’s innovative technologies.
• Be the voice of the customer: Share market insights and feedback with product management, R&D, and marketing to shape Cytiva’s offerings and deliver greater value.

Who you are

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or a related field
• Several years of business development/commercial experience within advanced therapies or biotechnology
• Customer-first mindset and a passion for solving problems and creating value
• Proven ability to drive cross-selling, value positioning, lead generation, and funnel management using SFDC; experience scouting opportunities with databases like Global Data
• Fluent in German and English with strong communication and negotiation skills

Travel, vehicle & physical/environment requirements

• Ability to travel – up to 50% (international, overnight, within territory)
• Must have a valid driver’s license
