Your role at Kittl

We’re looking for a Freelance Office Support to help create a smooth, welcoming office experience for our Berlin team.

4 hrs/week — Mondays & Fridays, 9–11 AM at Saarbrücker Str. 37, 10405 Berlin. Great fit for someone reliable, hands-on, and friendly.

What You’ll Do

• Keep the Berlin office clean and organized: Ensure all areas are tidy, welcoming, and ready for a productive day
• Manage office supplies and deliveries: Order and stock food, drinks, toiletries, and stationery; handle deliveries from Flaschenpost, Amazon, and catering services
• Take care of kitchen and shared spaces: Load and empty the dishwasher, sort bottles, and make sure everything is in its place
• Coordinate with vendors and maintenance: Schedule and oversee cleaning, plant maintenance, and small repairs when needed
• Support with team events: Assist with setup and post-event tidying for team gatherings

What You’ll Need

• Native German & fluent English: You’ll communicate comfortably with team members and external vendors
• Reliable and organized: You stay on top of small details and keep things running smoothly without reminders
• Proactive problem-solver: You notice when something’s off and fix it before anyone asks
• Good communicator: You’re clear, kind, and easy to work with — both in person and over chat
