Your working environment

Our international team focuses passionately on major maritime renewable projects. We support our public and private sector clients in projects management, technical and business consultancy, throughout the renewable supply chain, across 6 offices: Bergen, Oslo, Esbjerg, Hamburg, Sydney and The Hague.

As an employee of KONGSTEIN, you will

Plan, execute, and complete renewable energy projects, ensuring they meet technical and commercial objectives

Provide specialized technical advice on the design, construction, and operation of offshore wind farms and other renewable energy projects

Provide specialised financial and commercial consulting of renewable energy projects, including market analysis, tender preparation, contract negotiation, and project financing.

Your desired background / qualifications

Masters or Diploma degree(s) or higher in either Commercial or Engineering subjects

At least 5 years of experience in the renewable energy sector, specifically in offshore wind projects

Proven track record in consulting, project management, and commercial roles.

Project management expertise with ability to manage complex, multidisciplinary projects.

Analytical skills with proficiency in assessing and evaluating renewable energy projects.

Strong understanding of financial principles, cost-benefit analysis, and budgeting.

Project financing: Knowledge of financing mechanisms, including debt and equity financing

Self-propelled and motivated to take over responsibility on complex projects

Team player

High level of proficiency in written and spoken English
