Stellenbeschreibung:

The Role

• Manage operational activities for seaborne and inland cargo movements of oil products and other commodities
• Oversee cargo/barge operations (vetting, insurance, voyage/discharge instructions, inspections, documentation)
• Coordinate with terminals for inventory control and transfers
• Handle invoicing, settlements, demurrage, and claims
• Work closely with Trading, Middle Office, Finance, and Accounting to ensure smooth execution
• Maintain accurate operational data in CTRM and supporting systems


Requirements

• 3–5 years’ experience in cargo/shipping operations (heavy distillates a plus)
• Knowledge of the full trading value chain and industry operations
• Experience with CTRM/ERP platforms
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and organisational skills
• Fluent English; other languages a plus
• Proficient in IT tools
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business or Science/Technical field
