Role Summary / Purpose:

• Implement the operations and maintenance strategy of a 300MW power plant with 11 x LM2500Xpress Aero gas turbines.
• Ensure high level of Availability, Reliability, and dependability of the plant.
• Primary point of contact for all technical interface with the customer.
• Manage the Operation and Maintenance team, ensuring proper training and execution of tasks.
• Coordinate the ordering of spare parts, consumables or services under scope.
• Participate in meetings, data collection, and Root Cause Analysis coordination.
• Work with engineering for any required modifications to improve plant performance.
• Provide periodic reports outlining agreed KPIs, work completed, and operational parameters.

Qualifications / Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Engineering or equivalent knowledge / experience.
• 5+ years' experience in complex project management and/or operations and maintenance in the power generation industry.
• 5+ years' experience in commissioning of Aero Gas turbines with M Vie control system.

Desired Characteristics:

• Experience in Operation, maintenance, and commissioning of Aero gas turbines.
• Experience in Power Plant operations and Maintenance.
• Strong IT skills, leadership, and communication skills.

• Strong customer-orientation and a passion to win.
• Proven success in multicultural, regional, cross functional teams.
• Understanding of project business cases, risks, opportunities, and performance metrics.
