Who is the company and context?

Our client is an international CFO advisory firm looking to strengthen theirEPMpractise in the DACH region. They are seeking anOneStream Consultantto play a key role in bridging the gap between business and IT departments at large corporations across various industries. This is apermanent positionwithin an established consultancy where you will work on complex financial systems and process change projects.

What will I be doing?

• Design and implement OneStream solutions that bridge business and IT functions at major corporations
• Partner with clients to develop strategic financial roadmaps focusing on either financial planning & analysis (FP&A) or Group Consolidation projects
• Lead project teams through implementation, development, and change management with emphasis on process automation

What kind of skills and background will I need to have?

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline
• 3+ years of EPM consulting experience ideally
• Must have OneStream expertise
• Proficiency in leading EPM platforms such as Oracle, SAP, Anaplan, Tagetik, Board, IBM Planning Analytics/TM1, Workiva, Workday Adaptive Planning, Lucanet, Prophix, or Pigment is essential
• Track record of leading and delivering digital transformation projects
• Deep understanding of finance processes (e.g., FP&A, accounting, group consolidation)
• Fluent in English and ideally French or German
