Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search results.
2. Optimize website structure, loading times, and mobile usability in collaboration with developers (Technical SEO).
3. Plan, execute, and optimize SEA campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads, etc.).
4. Analyze and report on the performance of SEO and SEA measures.
5. Manage and monitor SEA budgets to ensure profitability.
6. Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify potential opportunities.
7. Create and optimize search engine-friendly content.
8. Perform A/B testing for ads, landing pages, and digital content to maximize conversions.
9. Write engaging, target-group-oriented texts for various channels (website, blog, social media).
10. Collaborate with management to ensure a consistent and effective content strategy.
11. Monitor competitors and market trends to identify best practices.
12. Continuously adapt strategies based on current developments and algorithm updates.

Qualifications

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a comparable qualification (preferred but not required).
• Several years of professional experience in SEO, SEA, and content management.
• Proficient in SEO and SEA tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush).
• Experience with content management systems, especially Webflow.
• Excellent writing skills and a good sense for target-oriented content.
• Analytical mindset and data-driven working approach.
• Creativity and innovative thinking for developing new strategies.
• Teamwork and strong communication skills.
• Excellent German language skills in spoken and written.
