Role and Responsibilities

We’re looking for an experienced Multi-traffic Manager to create and optimize marketing campaigns across multiple traffic sources. This role is ideal for a data-driven, creative strategist who understands how drive performance. In this role you will:

Develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies for multitraffic channels.
Manage advertising budgets across platforms like Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Taboola, Outbrain, TikTok, and networks.
Analyze and optimize traffic campaigns for ROI, CPA, RPM, and other key metrics.
Identify new traffic sources and test innovative approaches to scale acquisition.
Collaborate with Paid Search, Content and Product teams to align campaigns with brand objectives.
Create regular performance reports and deliver actionable insights to leadership.

Requirements

3–5+ years of experience managing multi-channel digital marketing campaigns.
Strong understanding of different traffic acquisition strategies.
Proficiency with analytics platforms.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
Fluent in English
A/B testing and conversion rate optimization experience preferred.
