Overview

BetterHelp is the world’s largest online counseling platform. We are expanding in Europe and seeking qualified German providers to join our network for the EU launch in Germany. New German providers may be eligible for a €1,000 first-month bonus.

Responsibilities

• Provide online counseling via the BetterHelp platform.
• Maintain clinician autonomy and apply your clinical judgment for each client.
• Focus on clinical work while BetterHelp handles client acquisition, billing, and administrative tasks.

Requirements

• Qualified to practice as a Psychologist (e.g., Psychologe, Psychologin, Clinical Psychologist, Psycholoog, Klinischer Psychologe).
• 3+ years of experience counseling adults.
• Ability to maintain a private environment for conducting counseling sessions.
• Must pass a background check.
• A reliable internet connection for teletherapy.
• Must be able to speak/write and conduct counseling in German.
