Responsibilities:
• Responsible for analyzing merchants' industries within Alibaba's German，France and acquired European companies, identifying market trends to support business strategy.
• Develop and implement merchant nurturing strategies to promote business growth and increase merchant engagement and performance.
• Build and manage a service team to ensure high-quality merchant support and efficient team operations.
• Design development strategies based on merchant and business scenarios, driving product operations to enhance user experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to allocate resources and facilitate project execution.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or above, with at least 5 years of relevant work experience, meeting the requirements for high level position.
• Proficient in data analysis, extracting key insights to inform business decisions.
• Fluent in English as the working language, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Prior experience in internet product operations, BI, merchant operations, or with reputable consulting firms is preferred.
• Strong cross-cultural communication skills, adaptable to a multicultural work environment.
• Demonstrates entrepreneurial spirit and a proactive, agile mindset within a large corporate setting.
